Privacy Policy
Effective 8 November 2026 · Version v2. This policy describes the information handled by Number Quest and how you can exercise your choices.
Who is responsible
The service is operated at best.kolkatasuperb.com. The project owner has not supplied the responsible legal entity, postal address, or privacy contact. Those details must be published before public operation; contact information on the live site should be used for privacy requests.
Information collected
When you use the game, the service processes your username, password hash, display name, optional email address, selected avatar, settings, referral relationship, game sessions, best scores, point activity, and records of your acceptance of the Terms and Privacy Policy. Guest play also creates a guest session and associated game records. Passwords are stored as hashes, not in plain text.
How information is used
Information is used to create and secure accounts, provide gameplay, save preferences and scores, maintain point and referral records, remember legal acceptance, prevent abuse, and support account or legal requests. A referral username and invite link are shared only when you choose to copy or send them using your device's sharing tools.
Points and financial information
Points are solely in-game scores. They have no monetary or stored-value status and cannot be bought, transferred, withdrawn, redeemed, or exchanged for money. The service does not collect payment credentials, bank or UPI details, identity documents, government identity numbers, or verification codes, and does not create payment mandates or process payments.
Cookies, local storage, and device features
An essential HTTP-only session cookie keeps you signed in. Local storage remembers your acceptance of the Terms and Privacy Policy. The service worker supports app installation but does not cache game or account data for offline use. Challenge images are generated on your device; they are not uploaded by the image-generation feature. If you choose a device sharing feature, the destination app or service handles the information you send under its own privacy terms.
Hosting and security
Account and game records are stored in the MySQL database configured by the operator and hosted on the operator's infrastructure or chosen hosting provider. Hosting and network logs may record technical request details, such as IP address, time, and requested resource, according to the host's configuration. The service does not currently include advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and your rights
Records are kept while needed to provide the service and maintain account, score, referral, and consent records. You may edit your profile or delete your account in the Me section. Deletion removes account-linked records from the active database; encrypted or operational backups may retain them until the operator's backup rotation removes them. Contact the operator for access, correction, or other requests; applicable local law governs your rights.
Children and policy changes
The service is not directed to children below the minimum age allowed by applicable law. Do not create an account if you are not legally permitted to use the service. Material policy changes will be posted here with an updated version and, where required, a renewed consent request.
