Terms of Service

Eligibility and accounts
Use Number Quest only if you are legally permitted to do so under the laws that apply to you. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account. Provide a username and other information that you are entitled to use. Do not impersonate another person or access another user's account.
Permitted use
You may use the service for personal entertainment. Do not disrupt or overload the service, interfere with other users, manipulate scores or referrals, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service in violation of law. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.
Points and referrals
Points are non-transferable game scores with no monetary value. They cannot be purchased, cashed out, redeemed, exchanged, or used to acquire goods or services. Referral bonuses are in-game points only; a referral username may be used for up to five eligible sign-ups. No prize, payment, financial return, or ownership interest is promised.
Leaving the game; no share of funds
You may stop playing or delete your account at any time. Voluntarily leaving, stopping, or withdrawing from the game does not give you a share of the operator's funds, revenue, assets, or future proceeds. This clause does not waive consumer, privacy, or other rights that cannot be waived by law, or any separate amount that may become legally due under a future service governed by separate terms.
Service availability and changes
The service and its features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. Scores and points may be adjusted to correct errors or abuse. We will not represent in-game points as cash or a cash-equivalent entitlement.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided subject to applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or a user right where that exclusion or limitation is prohibited. Any remaining limitation of liability must be interpreted only to the extent allowed by the law that applies.
Governing law and contact
The operator's legal identity, address, governing-law selection, and support contact have not been supplied. The site owner must publish those details and obtain local legal review before public operation. Mandatory protections under your local law continue to apply.
